房子是两层的unit， 出租的房子在一层，是很大的房间，可以放双人床住两个人。
房间有一面墙都是柜子，储物没有问题。

房子还有两个房客，一个是香港男生是学生，另一个是澳洲本地男生，有全职的工作。
房东人很好，房东本身不住在这个房子，只是平时去打理一下花园。

$150 per week. It has built in robes vanity bar and fan for cooling. Townhouse is heated and cooled with views from every window.

Upstairs you can see from the balcony views to the city and the sea.
