This is a 2 years townhouse located in Findon SA 5023. It only takes 5 minutes drive to the nearby shopping centre, 15 minutes to city, and one of the largest shopping mall in Western Adelaide - West Lake Westfield.

Your room in the first floor of the house. There's a spacious lounge area, bathroom and a balcony in the same floor.
It doesn't come with any furniture in your own bedroom.
Living area and kitchen located in the ground floor. Brand new fringe and washing machine provided.
On street parking available.

About me:
I am working fulltime with 2 - 3 days working at home. I am a hygience and respectful person, this is defniitely not a party house. I am easy going and like cooking, hanging out with friend and hitting gym during the week.

About you:
Tidy, hygience will be a must. Willing to taking responsibility in cleaning and taking care the house.
NO guest visit (short term and notice in advance can be a ok)
Single only as house is not enough for more than 2 ppls.
Non smoker.
