With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we are expanding our Adelaide team and seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Office Administrator. Responsibilities:
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and fully functioning of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Assist office manager on task arrangements.
Skills:
- Fluent English & Mandarin (Compulsory)
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Software, including Excel, Word, Outlook and so on.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
