Key Responsibilities
Accountable to the Director, Administrator contributes to Legend
Sportswear corporate goals by:
Assist the Legend Sportswear Directors as required
o Manage Director’s correspondence, ensuring that incoming
correspondence is dealt with by the Director, or on behalf of
the Director, or other staff as appropriate
o Produce documents, reports, and presentations for the
Director
o Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and manage them
where appropriate for the Director
o Prepare agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting
papers
Maintain financial and other data management records as
required
Coordinate office activities and operations
Assist colleagues, where necessary
