首先,我不确定我的主板坏了(除了有一个内存槽一插上内存就导致不能开机以外,没其他问题)。
即使是真的出了毛病,他也同意给我换,请看下面这两段note:
Note: Warranties that are returned to Umart after the 7 days DOA period, will be sent to manufacturers. It will be up to the manufacturers discretion for replacement/repair of a faulty product. Please be aware this period can take up to 6 weeks.
Please further note: with the coming of the Christmas season many of our suppliers are closing early, therefore, unfortunately any claims for warranty from 21st December onwards will not be processed by our suppliers until mid January next year. The exception to this is warranty replacement for DOA (Dead on Arrival) products. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
也就是说,即使真是坏的,我要等up to 6 weeks。还有因为圣诞什么狗屁东西,要到1月中旬以后才会开始处理所谓的warranty return。也就是说,即使是坏了,我要等到3月份才有主板用。你觉得这个reasonable吗?
我没说这边买东西不好啦,只是有的时候觉得很不人性化,首先就是东西没地方检测一定要邮寄回去,这就很麻烦了。其次,有什么理由查出来坏了还需要tmd 6个礼拜来弄?虽然说是up to也就是说不一定要6个礼拜,但是根据我的经验,基本上4个礼拜是肯定要的。那么这段时间,顾客应该用啥?
本来也就是个122dollar的破玩意,我可不想为了这么个东西还要邮来邮去还要等这么长时间。
