有loan的车子   是不是谁买了谁还？ 还是什么情况？如果不查vin最后会发生什么情况呢

这种情况，应该不需要买家去还贷款吧？贷款难道不是跟人走的么？他把车卖了，卖车的钱不应该拿去还贷款么？难道还有把车卖掉就把贷款也转给买家的好事？

卖家把钱拿去干嘛啦？LZ花了多少钱买这辆车？

我买车之前都叫raa做个检查啥的，他们会帮你查是否车是贷款，还有是否被撞过

According to the Aus consumer law, and the Sale of Goods ACT, you will be very likely to keep the car, as you DID NOT KNOW there is a Balance of loan remain on the car when you make the purchase.
On top of that (上面注明了这个车has no financial interests recorded against it). you can take legal action for this misrepresentation, and sue for damages. Because this is a breach of a condition in the contract, hence highly likely you will have a positive outcome.
