首次购房补助即将按计划结束 (更新为:延长到09年9月30日)

The Government announced the First Home Owner Boost would be extended until the end of the year, but would be halved from the beginning of October - although the existing First Home Owner's Grant will remain unchanged at $7000.

The FHOB scheme - designed as an additional stimulus payment on top of the grant - will continue to provide buyers with $14,000 for new homes and $7000 for existing homes until the end of September.

From October 1 until the end of 2009, the boost will provide an extra $3500 for existing homes and $7000 for new homes.

When combined with the First Home Owner's Grant, first-time buyers of existing homes will be given $10,500 and new home buyers $14,000.

首次购房补助会延期到今年年底,至今年九月底,首次住房补助金额没有变化.从10月1日开始到2009年年底,首次住房补助会有所减少.二手房补助变为7000+3500=10,500新房补助变为7000+7000=14000. 也就是说10月1日至年底First Home Owner's Grant 那部分钱(7000)不变,first owner booster那部分钱减半.

楼上所言即是 刚开完SEMINAR回来 得到消息与楼上说的一样 想拿到FIRST OWNER补助的朋友又多了时间考虑和选房

6月30日前签合同，2010年底前settlement的可以得$21，000联邦政府补助+$4，000洲政府补助
7月1日——9月底买的，延续这个政策
10月1日起至年底，买新房的，这个钱变为$7，000+$7，000
是这样理解吗？

9月30号之后，新房和二手房新增加的补贴部分减半。明年起回复到原来的标准。
