一个大房间出租，希望租给一个男生。仅仅140 share bill！房子在Vale Park, 18 Stewart ave vale park 近车站281,近klemzig interchange.(有很多公车)，到市中心city只需15分钟.
房子离公园近，环境优美，安静，适合学生学习，安全。
house有家具，床，书桌，台灯，衣柜，椅子 等。有俩个卫生间，一共4个卧室。房东住一间,有俩个单间分别住着俩个男生。房东是local,有自己的公司。 人很好，愿意与人交流，比较有耐心，绝佳锻炼英语的机会！房子有个大院子，可以BBQ
