Single bedroom price $210per week including all bills (but, if all bills exceed over $1000 per quarter,will divide among share mates 1/n).

Full furnitured room.

share bathroom anda fridge with a couple.

Provide utensils,dishes, pots, rice cooker and kettle etc (share with other house mates)

Place close to restaurants,Asian marts, chemistwarehouse, IGA and other shops.

You will live with4 people in the same house including you.

No party, No invitingfriends, No pets and No smoking in house and near house.
