About the tourist visa

my friend from HK wants to apply for the tourist visa to visit aus, she was here as a student about ten yrs ago but because her dad business problem,(i think 洗黑钱) her brother and sisters and herself had been sent back ten years ago,  but now she plans to come back here for holidays , is tat possible for her to apply Tourist Visa to come here or she been band for forever?

如果这是十年前的事，她是有理由再申请旅游签证的，她可以聘请一位移民顾问申请，一般来说，已经是十年前的事，除非有严重的刑事过失，否则移民局通常都会批准的。
