This is an exciting internship opportunity to join a committed team of similarly qualified individuals from a variety of different countries and cultures. You will be based in a dedicated office at the Company Australian Branch working with other developers towards a common goal. You will be expected to meet deadlines, and contribute to departmental meetings, but at the same time will be given the freedom to work without constant supervision and bring your own ideas to the role.
Job description
1.Assist the Director and Trainer with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the UNI
2.Provide executive administrative support to the Executive Director and Training Manager including scheduling meetings (both internal and external), drafting correspondence, filing, liaising with clients.
3.Effectively update and maintain UNI student hub module main database.
4.Assist with the update and maintain student’s attendance records management system.
5.Assist with the management of telephone and counter enquires as well as communication systems within the office.
6.Assist the Administrator with Board related secretarial functions.
7.Assist with the preparation and co-ordination UNI meetings and events.
8.Assist with Marketing and Communications as required.
10.Assist with Box Office as required and any Front Reception items as required.
11.Assist the Administrator with the preparation and processing of all accounts, invoices and purchase orders as well as assist with maintaining accurate financial records and data for the organisation
12. Assist to Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
