三室两卫大房位于Colonel Light Gardens现寻第三个室友。短期9月14日到12月1日。之后如果愿意可以与中介续签。

房子2分钟走到主路Goodwood Road和公交站，10-15分钟到城里。超市步行距离。

家具完全提供，包括锅碗瓢盆，完全拎包入住。Queen size床。

室友其中一个是Flinders的医学生，另一个是在Flinders Medical Centre工作的医生。

Looking for 1 person to join our friendly, outgoing butconsiderate household.

A spacious 3-bedroom2-bathroom house to be shared with two other people. One is a currentstudent at Flinders (female) and the other person is a doctor working in FMC(male)

Located in the quiet and safe suburb of Colonel Light Gardens, the house is 2 min walk to Goodwood road andthe bus stop, and 10-15min bus to the city. 5-10min to Wayville Showground. Thereare Foodland and other supermarkets within walking distance.

The bedroom available has HUGE build-in robes. Queen size bedwith mattress and a study desk are provided.

The house is otherwise fullyfurnished with lounge, dining table, a fireplace (!!), all other householdnecessities and more, so all you need to do is to move in!

The room will be available from 19/09/2015 as the currenthousemate is moving out. The lease is ending in end of Nov but there is chanceof taking over the lease if you would like to stay longer.
