俩个single room和一个大房间出租，房子在Vale Park,俩分钟步行去车站281,10分钟步行到klemzig interchange.(有很多公车)，到市中心city只需15分钟.

房子离公园近，环境优美，安静，适合学生学习，安全。

每隔14天，有专业清洁人员打扫公共场所

house有家具，床，书桌，台灯，衣柜，椅子等。有俩个卫生间，一共4个卧室。房东住一间,剩下三间出租。房东是local,有自己的公司。人很好，愿意与人交流，比较有耐心，绝佳锻炼英语的机会！房子有个大院子，可以BBQ

bond押金是四周房租，小房间$130一周，queen sizeroom是一周$170，水电气和网络share,大约一周15刀。
