urbanest 学生公寓位于north tec 和kingwilliam st路口，适合学生居住，设施齐全，室友热情友善。由于本人24号要搬家到悉尼去，所以想要转合同，28号之后随时可以入住。合同是到2014年一月14号，要是觉得住的合适可以续租，时间为六个月或十二个月。合同期内的价钱可以小议。本房间为六人share的单人间，有自己的卫生间。具体照片可以上urbanest网站上查看。urbanest.com 找adelaide，就能找到，所有房间都是一样的。
