HI... I have one excellent offer to you. It is a single room exactly located in the city. It takes only 20 mins to Adelaide of University on foot or you can take the free bus, 99C, directly to your uni. It can help you save the transport fee. If you wanna have some food, it just takes 15mins walking to China Town. Overal, the location of the house is perfect and ideal to the student. the rent will be charged $150 per week, but not include any bill and Internet. But the room is fully furnished...
