标题: 想给老妈寄鱼油，什么牌子的好？
各位大神们，俺想给老妈寄点鱼油，她老人家有三高，不知道什么牌子的鱼油好呢。谢谢了

swiss blackmore natures own natures way 超市就这几个牌子经常打折最贵的是swiss
药房还有很多其他牌子比如thompson, wagner, heath care等等一年到头都是打折。
个人推荐swiss,国内听说比较流行黑多多blackmore,在天猫上还有官方网店。

给老妈最好是寄krill oil,比鱼油明显有效多了。swiss的广告多，性价比不高，其实只要买1000mg，120颗一瓶够吃4个月，随便什么牌子都可以了。

blackmore is a nice brand .
Coles has it on sale now for $16 each
1000mg per capsule and it contains 400 capsules.

Swiss is indeed a nice brand.
But all australian sold swiss pruducts are produced in India with local ingredients.
So, do not purchase that for your sake.

我老妈和岳父岳母以前一直吃普通鱼油，1500mg的，但上年我给他们寄了磷虾油，都感觉明显血压稳定了，特别天气骤冷时没头晕了。（我怎么感觉我说的像在推销传销产品。。。），什么牌子就不说了，其实都差不多，就个瓶子不同，澳洲药检不同某国，能推出市场的都没问题。

要买的话现在去chemist warehouse买，全都半价，活动好像到5月30号吧，我昨天刚去囤了好多给老妈老爸的保健品，准备寄回去呢。就是买Q10居然还限购，1人只能买3瓶。。。还得再跑一趟。。

i went to the chemist shop yesterday and was told krill oil is better than fish oil. my mom also suffers from high blood pressure. just so far, i didn't so which one will be good for her. anyway, will try and thx for your advice.

BTW, make sure ur mum's not seafood allergy if u decided to go ahead with krill oil.

sure , thx. even with krill oil, i found different types and the best way is to go to the shop and ask them directly. people are very nice.
so far, i found condensed one, one for cholesterol, one normal.
