I have a 3 bedroom house (2 with built in robes) and the lounge room can be converted to a 4th bedroom. It has floating floor board throughout the house. There are 2 toilets & 1 bathroom. It is located at Bus Stop 12 (Marion Rd, South Plympton) and tram stop 9 is just 5 minutes walk. Bus M44, 245, 248 will take you straight to Adel Uni & Uni SA (City Campus)
