There are three people presently living in the house(two female and one male). They are flinders' student and young professionals.We are looking for someone nice and tidy and willing to stay for long term to share the house with us. The room is furnished with single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe. The house has everything you need, big refrigerator, front loading washing machine, air conditioner in the living room etc. The house is in a very good location, two minutes walking distance to bus stop 22 on south road(direct bus to city, 721,722,720 15-18minutes ) a few minutes walking diatance to foodland, and close to castle plaza, marion shopping center, flinders university , FMC and repatriation general hosptial.
Price is 100$ per week plus share bills or 25$ per week includes all utilities(water, electricity, gas, 100GB ADLS internet)
