Back in 2008, the Soonta journey began with a teeny-tiny shop on Waymouth Street. We had a simple mission: to eat tasty food, eat healthy, and make the world a happier place, one meal at a time!
Flash forward almost 15 years, and we’ve grown like a beanstalk, with 19 franchise stores sprouting up all around South Australia and Queensland. We’re like the little eatery that could!
But even as we’ve grown and evolved, one thing remains constant: our purpose is still as simple and as pure as the day we started. We believe that food is more than just fuel for our bodies – it’s a way of bringing people together, sparking joy, and spreading love.

Work-related skills:
Recruit and hire staff for the store to meet the needs of customers.
Complete schedules and assign duties and responsibilities to the store’s staff.
Train new employees and provide continuing education and training to current employees.
Track and implement financial quotas for the store and staff based on the stated financial goals of the business.
Manage store inventory and Cost margin control.
Evaluate staff quarterly and replace staff as needed based on performance-based metrics.
Dealing with customer complaints

Requirement:
Excellent communication skills.
People skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
The ability to work in high-pressure situations and to “think on your feet.”
Be able to read and understand sales data.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Self-motivated with a high level of confidence.
Fast food industry experience required
Tax file number required
Good attitude, and hard-working in an energetic team
