Landlord not supposed to return the bond to you as you have breached the contract, check the contract you signed, it will have the details. If it is the proper contract, you will have to pay the rent up till Feb next year as that is when you should stay up to. I don't have the Chinese input now so I write in English. hi, i think you do not got the whole idea of the case.
you can send a secret message to her, if you want to kwon more, but i'm not sure whether her internet has been cut.
actually,she can absolutely get her 4 weeks bonds back.
yes, she has sigh the rent contract with the owner of the house, but it is not her who first breach the terms of contract, it's the houseowner.
despite the fact that the break in of thief is unpredictable, and without the control of anybody. it's the landlady's responsibility to protect the property of every "customer", if she can not guarantee the safety of the house, she has no right to engage this kind of business.
i also strongly suggest the girl to disclose the house address and the info. about landlord to the public, so every one can ovoid the unsafety place and harsh landlord.
moreover, the term in the contract is legally binding, only if the contract itself is legally binding, if the contract is expressed in the informal way , or some words is misleading , or have anbiguous meaning, it is just a piece of paper wich is worth nothing.
the house has no security system, there is no lock of her door .after the events, she had asked the lady to add a new one for her, because she feel scared, even not dare to open the curtain. but the response of the women is negative "no, it will cost me $100 more to get a new one." i mean what's a rediculous answer! don't you think so. till now thereis no any update of the security.
now, do you think the girl has breached her contract ?
