还有国内的无犯罪记录证明和翻译件要原件还是扫描件就行？

你好！
依据移民局部长于2017年4月20日所颁布的政策，任何申请人如果想要入籍的，必须要符合以下的条件：
“Applicants are required to have lived in Australia as permanent resident for at least 4 years (instead of one year at present)”
意味是，任何想要入籍的申请人必须拿到永久身份至少四年，才可以入稟申请公民。
现在的情况比以前严格了许多。以前只需要转PR一年后，便可申请入稟申请，现在改为拿到PR至少四年后方可申请。

Step 2. Ensure you meet the residence requirement
The residence requirement is based on the time you have lived in Australia and the time you have spent outside Australia.
You must:
have been living in Australia on a valid Australian visa for four years immediately before applying which must include the last 12 months as a permanent resident, and
not have been absent from Australia for more than one year in total, in the 4 year period, including no more than 90 days in the year before applying.
这意义又和我一开始粘贴的内容冲突。二者都是同时在官网上的。这有如何解释？

如果你点开移民网页的话，可以看到只要绿卡一年，居住澳大利亚四年就可以申请了。这个律师事务所在好几个帖子都误导读者了，到底专业不专业啊？作者: 匿名 时间: 30-1-2018 15:55
