我是被人追尾，然后我完全没有联系我的保险公司。是对方给了我一个CLAIM NO，然后我给站字修理厂的ALAN帮我弄的，他说后来对方的保险公司就把我的修理费用给了。修了2天，但后来对方保险公司付款前前后后历时1个月。

如果别人没有保险公司的话并且赖着不陪的话..,你就可以把信息告诉你的保险公司然后aami不会收你的excess如果你无责的话..,然后保险公司会有专门的部门去找那个人索赔的....这样你自己不用掏钱也不用耽误时间..,

我那天开车,我直行,三条道,两条堵车,我在最里面刚好可以通行,我正常行使,到一路口,一车从侧面飞出来(另两排车留出的路),咫尺的距离停下,我当时就一阵眩晕!太惊险了,几乎碰到了~忘了说,是晚上?!
所以大家开车要小心啊,特别是晚上
