不会中文，怎么可以说自己是中国人呢？顶多说自己从人种上讲是黄种人。书同文，车同轨，相同的文化认知，和归属感，才能说自己是中国人。

So you would rather see an ethnic Han Chinese who doesn't share the same culture to be classified as just an Asian and not a Chinese? Then by that convention, Tibetan Chinese national who can't read the Han Chinese language are not Chinese? That's separatist idea don't you think dawpark?
