Single room vacant in a 3 bedroom house in the south near FMC, Flinders Uni and Westfield Marion. Room is small sized 3.2x2.8m. $200/ wk + shared bill (use solar so low or no electricity bill depending on seasons). Dish washing liquid/ cleaning products are provided. Four weeks bond, long term stay preferred. You will share bathroom and toilet with one male housemate.

Seconds to the Oakland and Wetlands Reserve with a fun playground, Coles, shops, some restaurants, Marion shopping centre and the Marion Outdoor Pool are all just down the road within walking distance.

Five minutes walk to train which takes you 30 min right to the city centre- close to Adelaide Uni and Uni SA, Rundle mall etc.

Room will be vacant after 23/4. Please note the photos are for reference purpose only, as some of the furnitures are different now. Need someone clean and quiet. No couples or pets. Thanks.
