房东正规操作租房10年。房东不住在家里。

房子在North Plymptom, 去China town, uniSA west campus非常方便，开车10分钟就到，房间从二月起招租。

280全包合理使用的水电煤和网50mbps, 租期至少六个月，男女生都可，但不招couple。在国内的朋友可以帮你拍视频发过来。

主卧有自带的卫生间, 走入式衣柜，超大梳妆台也可当书桌。

房间宽敞明亮，冬天可以晒到太阳，也有遥控卷帘窗助你睡懒觉。家里有制冷空调。

家里有三个房间,两个卫生间,房东不住家里, 住满一共三个人。室友是独立的一位男生和女生，有他们自己的生活，不会相互打扰。如果有担心离机场近太吵的同学就多虑了，飞机航线不在房子上面。

家里有house rule和值日生安排。所有文件全部政府正规网站下。磅金两周上交 SA CBS，租金全部银行转账。

家里前院可以停车，没有车的同学公交Marion Road 9A站有167，H20可以乘坐，168第九站直达city。还有公交100路。
