ITOP Mobile phone repair&accessory shop(West Lakes and Churchill Shopping Centre) is looking for technician and sales assistant.


1.Types of employees
- Permanent Part time
  20~38 hr/week (Weekend working needed)


2. Key Responsibilities
- A passionate for smart phones and related products
- Assist with the processing of stock maintencance
- Maintain the visual standards of the store
- Committing to ongoing new product knowledge training
- Delivering customer excellent and personalised service
- Identifying customer needs and bringing up long term customer relationships


3. Qualifications
- Confident and comfortable engaging customer service
- Enjoy working with a team in a high energy, fast paced environment
​- Flexible availability to work on the week and weekends
- Smiling and reliable


4. Wage
23.38/hr+super+holiday penalty.
