My wife and I recently bought our own house, our rental contract expires in early Feb 2013, so we are looking for someone who can replace us. You will be signing the rental contract directly with the owner.
The house is located on Le Cornu Ave, Morphettville. It sits on 1000 sq land, huge backyard with a granny flat. 10 kilometres to city, close to everything.
You can easily fit in 5-6 people in the house, 3-4 people occupy the 3 bedrooms and another one or a couple live in the granny flat, the granny flat has an aircondition.
The house is not furnitured. You will need your own furniture.
