Experience Foodservice/Retailers Sales Representative

Location: Unit 2/ 6-8 Carsten Road, Gepps Cross, South Australia Location

Hours: 30-35 hours in office and on-site business to business sales hours.

Key Responsibilities

·       Be the first and key point of contact for our customers;

·       Achieve sales KPI’s and meet quarterly targets

·       Develop new business opportunities to increase sales

·       Create and maintain excellent customer relationships;

·       Process customer orders and/or enquires;

·       Perform administrative and general office tasks as required.

·       Generate/schedule weekly sales report

·       Follow-up previous week cold call/ visit and obtain a sales order

·       On-site order-taking, upsell, promotions

·       On-site Tasting and sales related work  

Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications

·       Excellent communication and organizational skills including telephone manner;

·       Previous call center experience preferably in the food service industry;

·       Great computer skills (including Word, Excel);

·       Capable of working under pressure in an exciting team environment.

·       Ability to take /upsell orders

·       Experienced chef and foodservice sales are ideal candidates
