Green Life Windows is a leading window supplierdedicated to delivering high-quality window solutions across Australia, specialisingin aluminium double-glazed windows and doors. With a commitment to excellenceand innovation, we are expanding our Adelaide team and seeking a dynamicindividual to join us as a Project Coordinator / Estimator.

Responsibilities:

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smoothexecution of our projects as well preparing quotes. Your responsibilities willinclude:

·       Site measure and quote preparation.

·       Maintain relationships with clients through emailand phone call.

·       Act as the primary point of contact between thecompany and clients during project implementation.

·       Confirm window shop drawings aligned withproject drawings.

·       Simple touch up, such as hardware repair and painting.

·       Oversee and monitor the logistics and factorymanufacturing process to ensure the promised turnaround time.

·       Develop and maintain project schedules,coordinating with local delivery and installation team to ensure timelydelivery of window products to clients.

·       Local purchase for hardware, glass or any othermaterials.

·       Quality control to make sure client is satisfiedwith the products after installation is finished.

·       Proactively identify and address any challengesor issues that may arise during project implementation.

·       Summarise products defect and report back to factoryfor improvement.

·       Monitor and manage in-stock materials.

·       Work closely with cross-functional teams to findeffective solutions.

Skills:

·       Fluent English & Mandarin (Compulsory)

·       At least 1-year experience as a ProjectCoordinator / Estimator or in a similar role, on site or tradie experience preferred.

·       Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

·       Software, including Excel, Word, Outlook and soon.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonalabilities.

·       Problem-solving mindset with the ability to workunder pressure.
