excess 问了。差不多七百。明年保险也得长。但是基本都他错。我还得负这么多有点说不过去。警察如果追到了。那人承认得话。我是不是不需要付EXCESS了？

aami无责的话是不需要excess的...其他保险公司不太清楚..,但应该也不用付excess才对...

你担心太多了，你就安心的交给你的保险公司去办就好了

我也是AMMI啊，我都买了5年了。。。。你的情况和我不同，你还是让保险公司全权负责。

我是被人追尾，然后我完全没有联系我的保险公司。是对方给了我一个CLAIM NO，然后我给站字修理厂的ALAN帮我弄的，他说后来对方的保险公司就把我的修理费用给了。修了2天，但后来对方保险公司付款前前后后历时1个月。

如果别人没有保险公司的话并且赖着不陪的话..,你就可以把信息告诉你的保险公司然后aami不会收你的excess如果你无责的话..,然后保险公司会有专门的部门去找那个人索赔的....这样你自己不用掏钱也不用耽误时间..,
