- 有效管理商店的运营(确保收银平衡、后台管理程序等)。
- 为初级员工提供技术培训和指导
- 确保高水平的客户满意度。
- 实现销售目标和关键绩效指标。
- 随时了解最新的移动电话技术和行业趋势。
- 管理和控制所有库存,确保保存数量记录并正确、按时完成库存订单。

Join Our Team at iTop - Mobile Phone and Accessories Store at West Lakes Westfield iTop, a South Australian family-owned and operated business with over 15+ years of expertise in mobile phone and accessories stores and mobile phone repairs, is currently expanding its team. We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our busy store at West Lakes Westfield. We are seeking 1 x Senior repair technician - Full time (minimum 2 years experience) To be successful for the role, you will need to possess: Senior repair Technician • Minimum 2 years experience in smartphone / tablet repair • Proven experience in mentoring and training junior staff members • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail • Eagerness to learn new skills and stay up to date with the latest technologies • Experience working to and exceeding all budgets and KPI’s • Ability to work a flexible roster which will include weekend work and extended trading hours • Previous store manager experience will be looked favourably upon Essential duties and responsibilities are, but are not limited to: • Offer smartphone repair services and help our customers identify their device issues and needs. • Effectively managing the operations of the shop (ensure cash register balance, back office management procedures etc). • Providing technical training and mentoring of junior staff members • Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction. • Achieving sales targets and KPI’s. • Stay informed about the latest mobile phone technologies and industry trends. • Manage and control all stock ensuring quantity records are kept and stock orders are completed correctly and on time. • Managing staff and rosters on a weekly basis.
Salary and fraction of time will be dependent on experience and negotiation for the right candidate
