标题: 13军一辆救灾车赴灾区途中坠崖已致1人牺牲
成都军区抗震救灾指挥部：12时40分许，第13集团军一辆载有17名官兵的救灾车辆，在赶赴灾区途中翻下山崖，坠入河中，致1人牺牲、3人重伤、4人轻伤。目前，伤员已被送入当地医院救治。

Salute for the soldier who was killed in action.

But I suspect the leading officer may have disregard OHS.

There should be an inquiry into whether there is a breach of OHS and possible neglect in command from the leading officer, after the rescue effort.
