其实从制作原理上讲，凉粉是一种jelly

这个嘛～我推断是软件翻译的

你看第一个凉粉面，别说“凉粉”，就是“面”翻译的也不对，按照它的逻辑应该是modification noodle

可是却翻译成 surface modification

surface modification是刮大白的意思

估计软件把“凉”字给忽略了，只翻译了“粉面”两种个字。而“粉”被理解为粉刷，“面”被理解成表面

所以就有了surface modification

我觉得应该是把modification当成“改良”来翻译的..... 把粉改“凉”了就成modification了。
