we are nice couple, both work, tidy and clean.
Now we looking for one flatmate to share our house who also friendly and easy going.

well, this house is fully furnished, have

air-conditioning

tv,
sofa,
dinning table,
coffee machine,
big fridge, microwave,
new washer
and dryer,
also have out door living stuff,
like bbq stove and table.
In ur room, have
big build in robe,
comfortable double bed ,
book shelf
and table.

of course, also have fast telstra 200G internet.
Very near city, 2mins to bus stop(STOP 8A), 10mins to city. also easy shopping to woolworth.
